Mr Alessandro Falanga
Specialist in Endodontics

Alex qualified from dental school in 2002 in Rome and moved to the UK in 2004 to work in general dental practice. In 2008 he limited his practice to endodontics and completed his 4 year MClinDent specialist training in 2012 at King’s College London. He was awarded the MEndo from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and has since been training and supervising future specialists and consultants at King’s College Hospital. In 2017 Alex was appointed Consultant in Endodontics at King’s College Hospital and held that post until 2021 before deciding to dedicate his time fully to his Norwich practice. He maintains his interest in dental traumatology and is a regional representative for DentalTraumaUK.
Mr Ayman Al-Sibassi Specialist in Endodontics

Mr Al-Sibassi has successfully completed his Doctorate of Dental Science in Endodontics (DDSc) and achieved a distinguished Membership in Endodontics (M Endo) with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Ms Lynsey Mclaughlin
Dental Hygienist

Lynsey is a true Norfolk girl! Born and bred in Norwich, she has been in the dental profession for over 20 years. Starting out as a dental nurse Lynsey pursued her ambition to qualify as a hygienist. She gained her FdSc in Oral Health Science with distinction from the University of Essex in 2017 and has been working in several practices in Norfolk. As well as running the practice Lynsey also runs a busy home with four children.
Mrs Lisa Laborde

Lisa has been a dental nurse for over 20 years! She gained her dental nursing qualification in May 1995 and since then she has worked in several practices including an Oral Surgery referral practice, where she gained a huge amount of experience including dealing with nervous and anxious patients. She has taken on the role of Practice Manager in 2023.

Kira has been a dental nurse for nearly 10 years. A She has worked most of that time in the Restorative Department of King’s College Hospital where she gained great experience in working at specialist level in Endodontics, Periodontics, Implantology and Dental Traumatology. She has worked closely with Alex for many years and this contributes to the smooth running of the practice.
Miss Harriet Loftus

Harriet is our most recently qualified dental nurse but in the few years she has been nursing she has shown excellent skills and patient care. She thoroughly enjoys the job and is looking forward to enhancing her knowledge and qualifications.

Courtney has been working with us since 2020. She is a registered dental nurse and has completed her Dental Radiography qualification.
